.....gurgles softly it's been a ride this last year. and despite me just having disappeared off the face of the ding dang earth, I am still here.

give or take a couple minutes...mom passed away a year ago. 365 whole days have passed since I heard her voice or saw her.

and people build this sort of experience differently. I am still learning how to pave my path.

I know she'd be proud. proud at how far I've come.

it's hard to focus on the positive experiences when the weight of sitting in a hospital's family room is so lasting.

but... she was amazing. an amazing, strong woman and to the end was sassy, loving, and full of life.

if I can be half the woman she was...I would consider myself lucky. if I can take our sweet memories together and cherish them, I will.

I promise the day that I will br able to just get on plurk and say fun things and ramble about pokemon and shower you guys in the live you deserve is coming.
