they are soooo good. so easy to make, its a potato pancakes dripping in oil

if I wasn't afraid of using that much oil, I'd be making latkes this week in honor of my Jewish friends

should they be eaten with sour cream? because that sounds yummy x.x

it does take a lot of oil. and yup, sour cream or applesauce or peaches are good on them too!

I personally use applesauce delicious
