i have plain yogurt, so think I'll make some with cocoa and shaved choc. but think it'll still be under 300 :-(

not on any specific diet really. Just watching my intake so I can lose at least 1 lb a week. With 5 hrs exercise/wk.

cannot do too often... will mess up my metabolism, says the expert :-P coz the body needs min 1200 a day to function.

if i eat less than 1200 a day, the body will go into starvation mode, thus, retain all fluids and make it harder for me to lose fat.

but i usually don't eat/ snack past 11pm. habit oredi. no lah, doesn't matter what time u sleep. but ideally, shd not eat 2 hrs before bed.
