Ryoma's clothes are more or less intact? Really?!
Oh, right! The pool and the gym were connected, and there was a giant window up on the wall between them.
"Could someone have dumped the body in from the top while we were all watching the tank?" Well, magic is all about misdirection. Right, Trucy?
Okay, so the main water tank was empty for at least 20 seconds before the piranha tank opened up. Right after that is when we saw Ryoma's body in the main tank with the fish.
Moving on to the trial...
"But if the body and piranhas were separated..." Ohhhhh, that explains it
I was wondering, because it didn't make sense to me that the piranhas wouldn't have had room to eat Ryoma's body, even if they were all tightly packed together in with him.
But that glass pane divided the tank in half, which kept the piranhas packed in at the front where we could see them, while Ryoma was hidden behind the opaque other walls.
"That could've been anyone walking around in women's underwear! Even me!" Kaito wtf
I mean, props to you if that's your thing, but wtf
...Wait, are the buttons on Kokichi's jacket color-coded to fit the Monokubs?
It's like they're screaming, "hey, this asshole's the mastermind!" but that still feels waaaay too obvious...
I don't think they're color coded, actually.
Oh? ...then again, I don't see pink for Monophanie, so you may have a point.
Talking about placing the glass pane in the piranha tank before the body was moved... they wouldn't have had to be above it. The lighting batten thing could raise/lower the tank
I don't think there are any blue or green ones, either. There's four white ones covered up by his bandana, though.
Source: I had to look up his concept art, which shows him without his bandana, to make a plushie of him
(He also has two purple ones near the bottom of his top on the back for... some reason? Kokichi, your outfit is dumb.)
Oh no I'm starting to ship Tsumugi and Gonta help
Yyyyyeah, there was a reason Kirumi's maid powers kept getting mentioned this chapter. :<
Come to think of it, didn't the hem of her skirt have a tear in it? I thought it was just a fashionable asymmetry thing... was it there all along?
Gott say, I'm loving how over the top these Argument Armament getups are. I'd love to see them for everyone once this is all over.
...though that degree of fanservicey clothing damage at the end wasn't necessary.
I do like how the killer's silhouette during the Closing Argument still has an identifying accessory: Kaede's backpack, and now Kirumi's gloves.
Kirumi was... the de facto... Prime Minister...
Kaito, you're the best. I'm gonna miss you when you inevitably die. ;____;
...okay, this situation is all kinds of fucked up, but seeing little pixel art Kirumi running away like that is still oddly cute and funny.
A-At least she went out fighting for her life... ;_;
Go on, Maki. Kill him. Even if he's playing the necessary evil, kill hiiiiiiim...
...but hold on, what we've learned about Kirumi doesn't really fit with this whole "Ultimate Hunt" deal.
You're saying she had this massive responsibility, yet she chose to wipe her memories of it all?
I guess you could argue that she was following that "I must survive so I can carry on my duty" mentality, but...
Idk, man. I know another flashback light is coming in the next video, so I guess we'll see?
