Nothing has gone wrong, it's been a very quiet day actually

I am just ready to not be here anymore

I have a Dr. Appointment tomorrow, my physical etc, so I'mma ask her to change my antidepressants and antianxiety meds back to what they were before

Since the Zoloft isn't helping me as much as the celexa and Wellbutrin were

And I'm also going to ask for a referral to an OB/gynecologist

To see if I can get my PCOS like... Actually treated versus putting me on a med and never doing any follow up

And I know that's on me as well, I should've been more on top of it, but at the same time that's all part of healthcare as well is actual follow up
