so basically last night I was HECKIN constipated. yeah. up once every hour to try and then back to sleep after 30 minutes. I'm so tired. /tmi

but all is relieved and now I'm just. IM JUST SO TIRED MAN. I NEED A LOT OF NAPS.

I had a doctors appointment this morning and my doctor said "When was the last time you had a pap-smear or a mammogram?" and....I do not remember. long, long ago.

so she did them both and I got a tetanus shot

I was supposed to have bloodwork done but I had to take medicine for issue a and my normal meds for issue b AND SO I FASTED FOR NOTHING

AND NOW I AM AT WORK AND EXHAUSTED AND I SHOULD BE HUNGRY BUT I AM NOT AT ALL HUNGRY AND I CAN'T FOCUS AND I JUST WANT TO SLEEP
