it is. A major threat only because of it's alliance with China. We have the capability to disable China and North Korea with minimal damage

to the US but it would start a global crisis and a WWIII and danger to the US through the distrust towards the US

They aren't really much of a threat since we have the technology but we wouldn't ever really start anything

Because starting anything with anyone would be the beginning for the end of the US and possibly the world
