oh and we definitely started An Incident and because it's a small con, everyone knows us now
this is a 40 year old con with 1500 people and we were newbies. halfway through saturday we developed a reputation 
long story short there were some shenanigans with disability access that we took to security and the co chairs and it got around very quickly that it was us. but they are already making changes for next year!!
