My main concern is the upstairs neighbors getting snippy and retaliatory.

I do feel bad for the little girl who's going to miss her kitty, should the parents decide not to pony up the fines.

But... they were talked to. They lied to the local constabulary. They continued to let the cat out after the fact. This has consequences.

they're putting the kitty at risk too, for getting hit by a car, beat up by other kitties, etc. Seems that they don't lub the fuzz much.

if your neighbors can't take care of their pet, they don't deserve to have a pet. The End.

awesome. I actually have a cat-trap set out in the building, hope we get one today too. A male, and he has made a gross mess out of all

stuff I had stored out in the loft... grrrs. Hope he likes baloney He will go for a ride later.

If he doesn't, isle, he'll go for a bit of wet cat food. It's a bit pricey, but it did the trick in this case three times. Worth it.

And it is neutered, by the by. It's just an annoying, strong-headed, unloved (most of all) cat.

that's too bad. The one here is a stray barn tom, causing some havoc. Just going to relocate him a few miles.

That's the cool thing to do.

The woman saw us leave with her cat. I felt bad when her toddler cried, like I thought she would, "KITTY!" She hasn't left a note yet.

The apartment complex office knows, as do the animal control police officers, what happened, so we're cool. They're going to patrol here.
