[food] only remembered to take a picture after everyone ate and I was packing leftovers for lunch, but dinner tonight was pork belly braised in master stock and stir fried shredded potato and carrot.
traditionally, the potato dish is supposed to be spicy, but no one would've eaten it so I ampted up the salt a bit. it's soaked in vinegar water to help maintain the crisp, so without the spice it tasted not authentic, but it was still good!
pork belly is always delicious and it rendered so soft you could mash it with a spoon. waiting for the master stock to cool down so i can bag and freeze for next time
