I wonder, why would you want to limit people sending you coins? The more coins the better I thought.

someone may not want to buy coins or may not be able to afford them and wouldn't want access to the features even temporarily to tempt them would be my thought on that one.

or a stalker/ abuse situation using gifts to harass because it's harder to sound like there's a problem when "but they're just giving you things!"
