There are also a couple of changes to this TDM compared to others. Not only is the setting focused on the deserts outside of Shaarnath, but TDM participants are allowed to use the TDM for the "first arrival" scenarios.

In the past we discouraged it, preferring to have players assume the character has been in the game for a while, but we are no longer restricting it.

This is an attempt to let us use our official Intro Logs less as "okay we need to inform everyone of where they are and what to do" and more of "ALL RIGHT LET'S FINALLY SINK OUR TEETH INTO THE GAME!!"

Or something like that. We'll see how it works!
