ok so i get lawyers being dodgy with I insurance companies and other lawyers but why be dodgy with the PT office? like, we literally need this paperwork to protect your client from being fucked my their insurance

we spend so much time fighting with lawyers and it's just like whhhyyyy
we don't want our patients to get fucked either and treating them when they have outstanding paperwork the lawyers are avoiding doing is going to land back on their client if things go south
probably not in the case (we have policies in place so people don't get super fucked) but it's still super weird to me
