Cristal is one of my best friends, and in July, her perfectly healthy hubby was diagnosed with Kidney Failure.
they had a savings account ready for emergencies, but they blew through it keeping their house afloat.
they've rehome their animals, they've cut everything down to a bare minimum, and Cristal works a 6am-6pm job M-F as the sole provider...it's so hard on her.
her husband has tried giving up several times but she has kept him up on his feet, and she finally conceded to some additional assistance for things like
clothing for their 4 kids. medical bills that never stop coming.
shes an amazing woman, and Mike is a great guy. I just. bllllleh it hurts so bad to see this, because she was me when mom was sick.
my mom passed away two years ago before thanksgiving. but mike has the amazing opportunity and gift that is a comparable donor in his wife, Cristal.
