Being a single dog-parent isn’t much fun when you’re ill. Up all night with sickness, so just a short walk on the heath this morning, but it was lovely & quiet. I am now on the settee with a snoozing puppy tucked under my chin.
It looks nice out there. And yes, it’s tough when there’s no backup.
Indikon: It’s a lovely place, very peaceful. Has loads of butterflies in Summer. One of a few bits of protected heathland down here, which is good. Poppy had a long walk yesterday, but she still likes to get out & this is nicer than round the local streets.
