A spot of bright sky in the gloom. And a poorly puppy.
Full of life in the park, though she didn't want breakfast. She has been sick a few times since we got home. Hoping she perks up soon. https://images.plurk.com/4EbWNJYTwDNAJ1iXRB8Tec.jpg

Poor little girl.

Yeah. Probably associated with teething. I checked with the vet and they said cuddles, fluids then some scrambled egg.

That’s interesting, we’ve always gone with chicken & rice. He still had to have an anti-nausea injection a couple of times when he was a puppy. Now he’s older, it doesn’t happen so much, but if he is sick, we ignore the first one, then if it happens again, 24h of fluids followed by chicken & rice for a day or two.

Oh, ok, that's worth knowing. Didn't realise they could do injections!
They did suggest chicken & rice, or scrambled eggs. I don't have chicken so scrambled eggs is easier. She's been sick a few times, but close together and nothing for a while, so hoping she'll settle down & improve. Vet said if no better tomorrow they'll see her.

hazardwarning: I worried more when he was tiny. When they’re bigger, they won’t dehydrate as fast and skipping a meal or two isn’t a big deal. It’s hard to explain to those disappointed eyes why there are no treats though!

Yeah, dehydration was my worry. Yesterday she didn't want her food but did want treats. Today, ups & downs, though she's currently chasing a fly. I'm sure she'll be fine, just feeling sorry for herself & I'm an anxious doggy-Mum!
