OK so. I wasn't here all of January, does my "new CR" need to be "new in February" or do I get the points for threads started in January? I have plenty of threads in February to pass AC, I just want to know how the points work for the new CR.

New CR applies the first time a new character tags you or you tag them. Take a look at the datestamp for when that first interaction took place. If it's January, it counts for January. If it's February, it counts for Feb!
