It's part of an ongoing effort to try and engage with my hobbies.

During my recovery I've found myself feeling pretty washy and empty-headed at times, but I've started a handwritten journal focused specifically around things I enjoy doing.

And one of the things I've been doing is iconning! Even in the short time I've been doing it I feel like I can see a huge improvement. And it's really fun too;;
