[ voyager ] i don't know how this didn't connect the first 1000 times i've watched this show, but why does janeway suddenly have short hair in ONE episode in season 2?? 
i definitely thought the show had skipped a bunch of seasons but nooo, her hair is just... randomly short in this episode and then goes back to normal for a couple seasons and i'm so confused
continutity shenanigans. i know kate has issues with her hair through a lot of the show so i wonder if she pressured them into letting her do one episode with her regular hair but then they vetoed it and went back to buisness bun as usual
it's like beverly with the one long hair ep in the middle of... what... s3? like they filmed it out of continuity and it always makes you snap out of the ep/season
