My Zumba instructor found them, to keep us moving a bit. This is a chair one, but not that easy! The Royal Ballet has one later in the week. Every little helps - I’m missing the Zumba endorphins.
I’ve had a few emails from yoga teachers doing online lessons — as well as guidance on what forms of online teaching will be covered by your insurance.
I think people are being as inventive as they can - fine with me, if it keeps me moving. My Zumba teacher is looking into video classes, my dog trainer is doing some bits on Facebook. Not that it's bringing income in for them, so it's very good of them really. Roll on "normal life"...
For yoga teachers, apparently their insurance only covers them for private classes of limited numbers of students that they have previously taught in person.
Ah, interesting. I guess with anything like that it’s more risky as you can’t fix people’s posture easily. And yet I have yoga DVDs. Anything they can do will help us all to get exercise and reduce stress levels.
