just be extra sure to have pop-up blockers and security extensions in place and update the password to your email just in case

i let someone keep using my email address to sign up for shit (i assume it was a typo since we have the same name)
and she signed me up for a dental newsletter.... in germany, whihc was the last straw
and i had to email the dentist to request they not send any medical information over email
happens to me all the time, I've had plane tickets for someone else sent to me
and then someone (who probably had my name) used it to post on a hook-up site and I got all these sex pics and I was horrified and never logged into that account again
I have firstname dot lastname at gmail but fortunately my mother picked the most bonkers ass spelling of the (extremely common for that year) name she gave me
I was signed up to an indian prayer group who essentially used email like whataspp
and that's when I ditched that account.
