Also, at night, if you hear a minuscule "Ping!" sound effect, empty your hands quick, look up, and press A. Wishing on a star will make a star piece appear on your beach the next day. Most of the time, multiple stars will fall in sequence, too.

For example, I just had FIVE shooting stars.. while typing. I only got three of them. :c

But yeah, there is never just ONE shooting star... and when Celeste visits your island, there's always a TON of shooting stars.
