I can't seem to figure out how to set up the cross bars.

I'm not very good at stuff like this at all so I'm sure this is something really basic but I can't figure out how to assign a specific skill to the place on the cross bar that I want it to be.

It wasn't a problem when I only had a couple of things so everything could just be assigned automatically by the game but now I have enough things that I want to move stuff around.

you can go into your actions/traits menu and hit....i wanna say square on the skill in question, pick 'assign to hotbar' and then it'll let you do that

the touchpad also functions as a cursor but click/drag isn't really a thing it registers

if you want to shuffle things around i think it's...hold down one of the shoulder buttons and click the touchpad, that'll let you adjust what's already on the hotbar

assuming you're on console you can also just use a USB mouse to click/drag skills on your hotbar if that's something you have
