ok so, being back to SL after a whole year (nevermind the few times I log in for goodies) I am pretty much a bit of noob, how do I activate the BOM and the tattoo shiny layers?

shiny: the way you always have, with appliers. BoM, depends on the body/head. most have either a BoM button in the HUD to push, or have specific BoM parts. get redeliveries of everything. and takee off your alphas
