Back to the dentist ! Sounds like dry socket or somethings gone wrong. Dont wait. Go. I got my two bottom wisdom teeth out and they both went dry socket. I was in agony for two weeks woth exposed bone on both sides. I eventually went for my post removal check up, told them of the pain, they looked and nearly slapped me 🤣😂🤣
