It's really weird to not be part of the SL17B festivities planning this year. After 8 years. I hope it's wonderful, but I miss organizing shop and hop, music fest, etc.

I've taken flyers to try new positions, and more than once returned to a former employer in a new capacity after doing so. I hope you parted on terms that would permit that. Who knows that tomorrow might bring after you've finished school?

When I went to nursing school I had to give up a position I'd held for 5 years when the grind got too tough. During my senior year they hired me for the summer as a fill-in instructor so my former staff could take vacations

it was! I made more money than I would have taking a regular temp job, got to see old friends, and remembered why I was leaving that field, all in 10 weeks!
