So am back from the dentist, there is a dry socket and infection due to probably bits of food stuck during open wound. They clean it up and applied med at the site and they will want me to go back next week for follow-up. Thankfully the pain to ears has lessen after the treatment

Eeep...Ear pain is the worst. Did infection get there?
BishieStyleSL: no just the nerve pain only, if it does get worsen, I will tell them the next I see them
My sympathies. Wanting to claw your skull open really doesn't work well.
