I haven't made bread either… I have to have plans for bread, I can't eat a whole loaf myself before it spoils unless I plan the menu right.

anyway it's pretty good, will be better the second time so I know what adjustments to make

My first attempt was absolutely disgusting. My second attempt was better but still waaaaaay too coffee+sweet for me.
