I grow and nurture it, then when it is big enough to be a problem, I bury it deep down in my psyche, where the embers will burn on indefinitely. I tap into it for motivation quite often.

I channel it as a really volatile fuel. I'm just fully aware that said fuel burns both ways and I'm hypervigilant on the unconscious signs of stress (e.g.teeth grinding or jaw clenching).

Oh - I always keep in mind that revenge is a dish best served cold (muhaha)
