[Politics/Portland Oregon] So along with DHS sending people in to "arrest" people and take them to undisclosed locations in unmarked vehicles......there is now a plane circling low over downtown Portland and part of my neighborhood
So I live in the Arts District which isn't far from downtown and has been one of the more popular places for protests because we are a historically black neighborhood

Homeland security is restricting airspace around 1000ft between July 16th and Aug 16th and they have a plane flying back and forth over downtown
Ok, just curious, where did you get that's a homeland plane, because the registration comes back to a company out of NH. (I don't doubt you, but I doubt other things)
that is true I'm not 100% sure it's a dhs plane but the airspace restriction is, this was all recently posted on an app called Nextdoor(or something like that)

I'm also on the flightaware and it looks like they've landed the plane about 13 minutes ago

looked up the plane and it is owned by a group called AMS Aviation llc which is a consulting firm apparently
