yeah, pretty much every game on DW accepts original universe OCs (at least according to my check of the ones linked on the masterlist), it's the mmos/tabletop/canon ocs where it gets tricky
takes ocs from world of darkness, etc, so I can't imagine mmo/tabletop ocs would be that different

Morbid Aristocracy is running pretty slow at the moment due to a lot of our members being involved in various aspects of the pandemic response, but we also accept OCs. We have quite a few White Wolf inspired OCs and a setting that lends itself well to modern fantasy/horror characters.
Northcliff Pass is OCs only! Our joining process is a little different from most games since we're trying to keep things small and close, but if you're interested feel free to PM the mod account.

Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom welcomes OCs! Just not fandom ones with blatant connections to main characters. We have one OC who walks the line by being part of a Stargate base that's not mentioned in any of the canon.

alebrije: Fade Rift might be worth looking into for that! About half the game is characters without powers, and plots are usually designed to require people with other skills (diplomacy, spying, science/research, non-magic combat etc.) for success.

alebrije: if you're interested in horror, Next Night has a whole lot of normies, or people who have small limited powers that make them effectively normies in the game's events and explorations. there are also frequently events, player plots, and explores where whether you have powers or not ends up sure not mattering ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ
