Clear browser cache?

Check the maturity level you have selected? If the story has their items listed to a higher maturity level than is selected, those items won't showup.

Clear cache of marketplace Cyberpink:??? How do I do that?

VinCopperfield: yep I am logged in..it’s all set to mature.

It’s doing it both on my laptop and my mobile (cell). When I go to log out I get a message that says ‘ sorry to keep you waiting we’ll be right back’ and it doesn’t log out.... so somethings going on.

any specific store or any store you're trying?

One is Dead Doll. A friends tried it and it worked for her.

I was going to suggest testing if the store itself was the issue but you already ruled that out then. No idea then

Agh! I THINK I fixed it. I checked maturity levels multiple tones, and saw ‘adult’ and thought ‘yep, I have it on the most broad level’ but checking today... it was on ONLY adult. I’ve put it to all ‘general, moderate, adult’ and it seems to be working.

Sigh... just goes to show that it pays to be thorough, which I am clearly not.
