i do that on my computers, but in this case it's all still on the server. i use the 'mail' program. oh well.

i have all my e-mail accounts go to my gmail, then a filter applies a tag to say which from what, then use 'reply from address sent to'

right. so, now my company wants me to clean it out. there isn't a 'easy' way to do it. it's one-by-one.

it's lame. but it's the best. I'm doing that today with my gmail. i've gotton through about 500. bleh.

your pain. what's worse is, the program crashes constantly. spinning wheel of DEATH and destruction!

belanyc should make some filters to help her sort her Inbox and do some mass deletes
