We haven't been able to get headshot pictures taken of our students at our western two locations like we usually do because of the travel ban, so we asked the photographer at the institution we have a partnership with to see if they'd be willing and the response:

"I'm willing to help out. But because [institution] will never use these, I don't want to commit time that I could be taking away from working on something for my college." And then goes on to say they're not willing to do studio shoots because they don't want to put up and take down the background+lighting rig, and that they'd do them on the quad.

..... And then "If you need to have that studio look to it, I recommend hiring a freelancer."

So. Willing to help out, but not.
