i have to mail my ballot in in a "secrecy envelope" there is no instructions as to if I can place said secrecy envelope in another secrecy envelope.

In PA, if you don't place it in the secrecy envelope, it won't be counted. The PA SC decided naked ballots will not count. How incredibly stupid.

I hope they are doing good voter education on that because I know I have not always used the secrecy envelope.
the directions are incredibly clear. i've never voted this way before. there is some pretty confusing language on one of the pages.
