Soup: left over pork vindaloo, pork sausage, celery and carrots leftover from salad fixings, frozen daikon, corn, sweet potatoes, and butternut squash, a variety of different spices, some beef, chicken, and garlic soup bases, add water, stir, and wait. Waiting is the hard part.

We had made a big one, only ate half, the other half has lived in the freezer. It is time for it to fly free.

Every soup is different. I never use the same exact spice or soup bases combos. The veggies and meat vary depending on what I have available.

Last time it was chicken, bit of lamb, and some ham leftovers, with carrot, celery, bell peppers, daikon, cucumber...can't remember what else. :-)
