I wake up in the middle of the night with headaches, but I know I’ve been clenching my jaw in my sleep. I hope your headaches stop.

Thanks.. They seem to be related to stress.. Had an episode with bowels and headache went away.. Now dealing with IBS which I have had for many years.. Usually stress.

Clenching my jaw is stressed related. Usually happens when my mom decides she doesn’t want to go to bed and cleans the refrigerator all night.

Or something along those lines.
