It was talking about a policy change and my new rate was about half as much as the old

But we were like, "What change?? I didn't change my plan!"

Looks like with the new changes coming in I have basically the same plan but costs about 50% less

It doesn't actually take effect until January 1st, but it's a nice surprise at least!
