I've added a new goal for December, even. 1,000 words per day to keep carrying things on
But now I'll start dividing up all the scenes I wrote into the different books they'll actually be part of
No need to be sorry at all! I'm sure everyone would love talking about what they wrote lol
Mine comes with a bit of an explanation I guess
I was creating a series to address different problems that kids need to learn about that usually don't get addressed
So, something like the main character (a little girl in that case) fighting off a doppleganger who imitates her brother as an example of talking about identity theft, that kind of thing
Since that side focused on girls fighting off exterior dangers (strangers with intent to do harm), I decided to make a boys' side to go along with it, that focuses on interior dangers (the family is the danger)
So that's what I was writing up, different pieces of the boys' side and the things they deal with
I have made it a bit older targeted though, it was originally targeted pretty young, so the characters start out pretty unusually young. But I think that works for this.
I'm hoping it all turns out all right, but I've been pretty happy with it so far!
Eisah, you did it!!! Congratulations
I think it brings stuff up in the story that makes it a lot easier to talk to children about some of the hard stuff
I'm so happy for you. I know how hard you worked on this. And I'm so excited that you are continuing
Yes, I set up a new goal!
Though I switched to 1k words a day
And I'll be working on both sides
I've seen this Campfire software stuff too that looks interesting
For creating timelines and stuff
I've wondered about Campfire, even though I already use yWriter7...
I don't have it all figured out yet so can't give a great opinion
As I learn how to use it I can say more
Congraaats!!

Winner is me!
