ohehe: 不用退冰,冷凍拿出來就可以直接煎了
平底鍋加一點油熱一下,冷凍水餃丟下去,加大概半碗水(淋在水餃上),蓋上蓋子中火悶五分鐘,打開撒點香油就可以起鍋了。
想要有冰花的話就在水裡加一些麵粉

如果水餃本體太糟,用煎的應該也不會改變太多
