Number 1, as in... I want to learn this as a freaking career: Blacksmithing.

I've taken classes, so I know the very basics... but every class starts and ends the same way. I can vaguely work with metal, but I don't know the tricks yet... and I absolutely could NOT make anything advanced just yet. And advanced smithing courses do not exist, at least not where I am.

Number 2: Carpentry. I would want this as a dang hobby, just because seeing what people can do with wood is just AMAZING... but it's definitely something that I would also need to learn.

Number 3: Gunsmithing... this one is recent, but it is a NIFTY thing to watch. But it's also expensive as hell, because it is a very precise art, with very limited applications as a hobbyist.
