That said you might try the poise diaper things if the issue is bleeding a lot and leaking

after childbirth I wore Depends because I was still bleeding a bunch and other icky things happening, also I couldn't feel when I had to pee for a good week. they're not too bad.

I recently just changed to a diva cup because after two babies my periods are heavy af and I was getting too many leaks even with backup "period underwear" from Knix

and most pads are useless now

they're just made really dumb; idk what happened to pads but now all the Always super absorbent etc etc just don't stay put.

yeah, I've had the most luck with the bladder pads rather than period ones

I'm not allowed to use tampons, iva cup, etc bc of the cancer
