[CONTROVERSIAL OPINION] fellow beer drinkers, does anyone else find that some beers are better enjoyed not ice cold but just regular cold or even only slightly cold

not warm obviously but like
IME it seems to be an NA centric thing that beers have to be Cold
NA beers are served ice cold because cheap American beer is bad, but if it's ice cold you don't notice as much. That's literally it.
So the expectation in America is "beer should be ice cold" which if you think about it for more than a minute makes little sense..
Historically speaking, beer is one of the oldest beverages. Refrigeration has been around for a century.
If you go to Europe, your beer will probably be served "cool."
Says man who has had one beer in an English pub in his life.
i've been drinking a lot of craft beers lately because i like trying weird beers
and yeah i just find that they taste so much better when i let them sit for a little while
i mean unless it's a nitro, you gotta drink that right away
but yeah they just become more flavorful when they're not like shockingly cold
iv'e got this one spiced ale that's like overpoweringly spiced when you drink it ice cold, but if you let it sit awhile it becomes much more tasty
