The first women is being drowned by someone, in a cropped tank top with visibly no pants. Bibi is going in this Kazino to save the women who suffer this faith.

We can see the girl in the green dress tied up, lying on a pile of cropped tank tops (representing all the victims of the organization).
At some point she says something along the lines of "pull that card and save me". In a nutshell, Bibi's saving her homegirls from human trafficking by trying to win them.

this could also be about showing people that many women in the entertainment industry (idols, actresses, models etc) have fallen victim to cases of sexual assault and rape. So she may be trying to say that we women should show our power by trying to help each other.

And I feel that the fact that the girl died at the end in her arms represents how many of these women have ready passed away from perhaps suicide 😢 an example could be actress Jang Ja-yeon(張紫妍)

Korean here I think it could also be sache bi which is basically a debt.
In Korea when you need a loan but have bad credit/unemployed/unstable job like student you go to those high street loan where it’s primarily run by gangsters with crazy high interest like 40%

and if you can’t pay them back, especially if you’re a young woman, the future is much darker as they would force you to work in those room salon (where men go to be entertained by young beautiful women) and some room salon behind the scene is a front for prostitution.

They force you to sell your body but because interest is so high no matter how much you work it’s near impossible to escape as you’d have long gone paid the actual borrowed fee and all the money you’re repaying is just piled up loan interest.

You’d never be able to escape and I think the money Bibi is trying to win is basically the body price for the friend and in most darkest case when you become too old or useless, they’d kill you to sell your organs in black market
