FLIRT: Right now, Khadgar is terrible at flirting. He could get better at it, depending on how much time he spends socializing vs. being at war. He's just not very subtle. His flirting style is high on puns because he doesn't know what the word "cringe" means, bless him.

PARTNER: Ultimately, kindness and intelligence are the two things that draw him in most, though the second one isn't as important as long as whoever he's with doesn't mind him spending all his free time talking about books and magic, even if they don't necessarily understand what he's working on.

ROMANCE: Right now he's a frustrated cynic, but that will likely pass. I think he's a big romantic who likes making grand gestures (see: the quest in Legion where you have to find all the enchanted coins he lost that make pretty rainbows )
