ive got hypermobility and some days im fine and other days my knees give out for no particular reason when im in public

i at least managed to like stairway myself slowly to the floor by stepping slow and lower each time when i felt my knees starting their shit so i didnt like Eat Shit in front of ppl just. quite frustrating

and painful
