Well. That's your problem, not mine. If you can't be arsed to keep track, why bother joining so many in the first place? 
I try to give everyone some notice ahead of time if a submission is made which doesn't quite fit the criteria of the group. It's not that hard to comply, and it's not like the rules and guidelines are hard to find.
Maybe don't be a jackass in the first place and respect what you're joining rather than shifting the blame on to others when conflict arises
People are terrible.
