In light of the recent lifting of certain mask restrictions. How much importance do you place on knowing the vaccine status of people you come in close contact with daily?

I'm assuming everyone has COVID and I'm wearing a mask in public, esp indoors. Plus, wearing a mask, I don't have to smile at everyone all the time if I don't want to.
