Day 1:
- lower abdomen kinda hurting when it flexes. i guess my body not used to crunching whew
- experienced some pain in both my heels but they disappeared as soon as they came so i guess i'm still good (yarr_okok)

ok Day 2:
- woke up to upper back pains huhu the push-up and plank sets are working i guess
- lower abdomen still hurting and it hurts when i laugh rip (RIP)
- did 3 vids of workout today. although i can't do all the workouts in their entirety bcos most are resistance sets, i'm still proud of myself T.T

- also, i'm starting to get light bruises in certain areas bcos of lack of yoga mat / workout mat and our living room carpet starts to feel rough on my skin once i start sweating. nothing too bothersome though.

- i think most bruises are from my lack of right posture or form when doing the workouts whew still got a long way to go but i'm not stopping just yet (gym)
