I've never felt this terrible before. Grief is awful. And fun fun fun, I'm probably gonna need therapy.

grief is hard... counseling is not terrible
The stubborn side of my disagrees. But you're not wrong.
A lot of deep wounds have sort of been uncovered in conversations with sister and aunt lately though that just... It's rough right now.

Its mostly childhood trauma, "oh hey I was actually neglected." stuff.
My dad was still present. he was still supportive, but they had issues, my parents.

You sound like you have clarity and understandment of your situation. If you take therapy or not, know that it's out of your strength and own free will, that there is no shame in it.

These days you dont have to go anywhere. You just have to listnen to the guy.
And I KNOW what my problems are..
Its just... acting upon it and fixing them that I can't seem to motivate myself to do.
Motivation and accepting the help are two separate things, of course.
